About A Strange Construction

What we make

Cosplay and display props with a cyberpunk soul: blasters, blades and gear, starting with the Volt Wasp Mk1. Every piece is designed in-house, 3D printed, sanded, painted, weathered and fitted with real LEDs and a rechargeable battery.

How we work

Props are made in small batches, so each one gets finished by hand rather than pulled off a production line. We test every light, switch and battery before anything ships.

We also take on custom builds: send a reference, a size and a date, and we'll tell you what it takes.

The fine print, in-world

You may have read some news about A Strange Construction the weapons company, a hijacked Mk2 shipment, and a spokesperson with a gift for spin. That's fiction, and so are the weapons. Everything we sell is a non-functional prop with a blaze-orange tip.
