Props, not weapons

Everything we make is a non-functional cosplay or display prop. Nothing fires, launches or shoots. Props that resemble firearms have a blaze-orange tip: don't remove it or paint over it.

Your responsibility

Rules on replica and imitation weapons vary by country, state, city and venue. Before buying, carrying or travelling with a prop, check the laws where you live and the policies of any event you bring it to, including convention prop-weapon rules. Never carry a prop in a way that could be mistaken for a real weapon in public.

Who can buy

You need to be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. Our props are display and cosplay pieces, not toys, and contain small parts and a rechargeable battery.

Orders and prices

Prices and availability can change until your order is confirmed. Because props are made by hand, colours, paint and weathering vary a little from the photos, and no two are exactly alike. We'll tell you if an order is delayed.

Batteries and lights

Charge only with a USB-C cable and charger in good condition, don't leave props charging unattended, and stop using a prop if the battery swells, gets hot or is damaged.

Company news, quotes and characters on this site are fiction for entertainment. Any resemblance to real companies or events is coincidental.

Your content

If you send us photos or references for a custom build, you confirm you're allowed to share them. We'll only use photos of your finished prop to promote our work if you say that's OK.

The designs, photos, text and artwork on this site belong to A Strange Construction. Please don't copy or resell them without permission.

Liability

We make our props carefully, but to the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for misuse of a prop, for damage caused by modifying it, or for problems arising from local laws on replica weapons.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
